All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and include applicable taxes. KiddieLuv reserves the right to revise prices, offers, or availability without notice. We are not liable for typographical or system errors that may occur.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. KiddieLuv may accept or reject any order due to payment issues, stock limitations, or pricing errors. Full refunds will be issued for cancelled orders.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant gateways. KiddieLuv does not store credit/debit card or banking details.

5. Intellectual Property

All text, images, designs, and content on this website are the intellectual property of KiddieLuv. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

KiddieLuv shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the purchased product.

1. Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days depending on the delivery location. Remote areas may experience longer transit times.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or during promotional periods.

4. Tracking

Tracking details are sent via SMS/email once your order is shipped. You can track your shipment through our courier partner’s website.

5. Delivery Delays

KiddieLuv is not responsible for courier delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or unforeseen logistics issues. Title and risk of goods pass to the customer upon dispatch.

We begin processing your order as soon as it’s confirmed to ensure timely delivery. we are unable to accept cancellations or modifications once the order is placed. This policy helps us maintain accuracy, and smooth operations for all KiddieLuv customers.

2. Return eligibility

Kiddieluv does not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or preference reasons.

Since our products are designed for children, every item must remain completely untouched and hygienically sealed. Once a package is opened, it cannot be reused or resold for health reasons.

However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at kiddieluv.in@gmail.com or WhatsApp 8525078370 within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We’ll review and provide a suitable resolution.

 

3.Exchange Policy

We truly value your trust in KiddieLuv and ensure every product is carefully checked before shipping. However, due to strict hygiene and safety standards for children’s clothing, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to size, colour, or preference.

Please note that slight variations in product colour may occur due to lighting effects or different screen settings. We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, but minor differences are natural and do not qualify as defects.

Since our products are made for kids, maintaining hygiene and freshness is our top priority — once a product leaves our warehouse, it cannot be resold or reused.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us at kiddieluv.in@gmail.com or WhatsApp 8525078370 within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos and your order ID. We’ll be happy to assist you promptly.

 

4. Return Procedure

  1. Email to kiddieluv.in@gmail.com or  WhatsApp 8525078370 with order ID, reason, and product images.
  2. Our team will verify eligibility and provide pickup instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and hand it to the assigned courier.
  4. Refunds or exchanges are processed after inspection.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after inspection, via the original payment method or as store credit. Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable.

How do I know my order is confirmed?

Once you place your order, a confirmation email and/or SMS will be sent to your registered contact details. You can also track your order anytime from the “My Account” section on our website.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available for most locations across India. However, for certain pin codes or high-value orders, we may request prepaid payment for security reasons.

When will I receive my order?

Standard delivery time is between 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Orders to metro cities typically arrive earlier.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for size, color, or preference issues, as each product’s details and size chart are clearly mentioned on our website. For defective or wrong items, please contact kiddieluv.in@gmail.com or  8525078370 within 48 hours of delivery along with photos and your order details.

What happens if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please share clear images and order details with kiddieluv.in@gmail.com or  WhatsApp 8525078370 within 48 hours of receiving the product. After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as applicable.

How do I track my shipment?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. Click the link to view the real-time delivery status of your parcel.

What materials do you use in your clothing?

KiddieLuv products are crafted from soft, breathable, and child-friendly fabrics such as premium cotton and cotton blends, designed for all-day comfort. Fabric details are mentioned clearly on every product page.

Are your products made in India?

Yes, all KiddieLuv products are proudly made in India, supporting local artisans and small-scale manufacturers with ethical and sustainable production practices.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Yes, many of our popular styles are restocked regularly. You can click the “Notify Me” button on the product page to get an email alert when it’s back in stock.

Can I place a bulk or custom order for events?

Yes- KiddieLuv accepts bulk and custom orders for birthdays, school events, and gifting. Please email kiddieluv.in@gmail.com  or WhatsApp  8525078370 with your requirements and we’ll assist you.

What should I do if I entered the wrong address?

If you entered an incorrect address, please contact support@kiddieluv.in immediately. Address changes are possible only before dispatch. Once shipped, the address cannot be modified.

Do you ship internationally?

At present, KiddieLuv ships only within India. International shipping options will be launched soon. Stay tuned for updates!
