Kiddieluv does not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or preference reasons. Since our products are designed for children, every item must remain completely untouched and hygienically sealed. Once a package is opened, it cannot be reused or resold for health reasons.
However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at kiddieluv.in@gmail.com or WhatsApp 8525078370 within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.

Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after inspection, via the original payment method or as store credit. Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable.
